Working Student Customer Success Management (f/m/x)
Your mission
Work independently on data projects for large industrial customers from the SPARETECH portfolio (e.g., Bosch, Porsche, Airbus) to provide instant customer value together with the respective Customer Success Managers. Your data focus will contribute to increasing the data quality of our customers and contribute to the Golden Layer.

- Participate in projects with our customers in the area of digital spare parts data world and take on responsibility for sub-projects
- Support our Customer Success Team in straightforwardly solving user problems and actively shaping the future of the real production world
- Increase the data quality of our customers by using our software to compile material master data and parts lists and conduct research on spare parts and product data to support the team in cooperation with our customers by preparing research results and data and creating presentations
- Contribute to the internal development of our Golden Layer as the central data interface of our software
- Driving forward further automation and improvements to internal processes and quality standards

- Have a strong analytical mindset, initiative and a structured detail-oriented way of working
- Have already learned the basics of your studies in a technical or business field
- Have very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint and can use both routinely
- Are available for a minimum of 16h/week and speak fluent German and very good English
