Growing partner network
Our partner network continues to grow rapidly! In recent months, we have added 20 new innovative partners to our global spare parts network, including Meusburger Georg GmbH & Co KG, Merck Chemicals GmbH, Kieselmann GmbH, GEMÜ Gebr. KG, Endress + Hauser AG, Becker GmbH and B.E.S.T. Fluidsysteme GmbH.
What do new partnerships mean for our customers?
With each partner that joins SPARETECH, new spare parts data becomes available on our platform to enable shared customers:
- Access manufacturer data directly in their master data, providing all relevant information from the source without manual maintenance effort
- Maintain discontinuation information and new products from manufacturers in their master data
- Reduce the technical clarification effort by clearly assigning the spare parts in the event of servicing
- Get a faster response to spare parts inquiries
- Improve the detection of duplicates in the material master
- Increase the visibility of alternative sources of supply
