(Junior) Partner Manager (f/m/x)

Your mission

Partner Management at SPARETECH, focuses on the global industrial spare parts supply chain from component manufacturers, machine builders, resellers and industrial service providers.

We offer you the opportunity to

• Take over the hunting and the outreach for new partners by leading cold calls, mailings and partner meetings
• Acquire new manufacturers, resellers as partners, as well as negotiate and conclude partner contracts with them independently
• Be the first point of contact for industry-leading partners (Siemens, Festo, ABB, etc.)
• Represent SPARETECH at our customers premises, trade fairs and events
• Further develop the partner management process and offer the existing partner management team to actively participate in the success story of SPARETECH

Become a part of our team if you

• Are an open-minded personality who loves to interact with potential partners
• Love to be a hunter who takes every challenge and never gives up
• Can communicate confidently with business partners at very hierarchical level (fluent German and English), as well as relationship stages (cold-acquisition to referrals) and show assertiveness through a binding appearance
• Have at least 2 years of professional experience in a role with regular customer or partner contact in an industrial environment
• Possess a strong analytical mindset and your daily work is guided by a structured and goal-oriented approach
• Have a final apprenticeship or similar university degree in industrial engineering, economics, or a similar background
• Nice to have: Have good knowledge of the industrial spare parts industry and SaaS
