Product Data Management Clerk (f/m/x) // Full or part-time

Your mission

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Integration Clerk to join our team and take ownership of the heart of SPARETECH, the Golden Layer, by acquiring, importing and managing spare parts product data to increase the value generated.

We offer you the opportunity to

• Manage the heart of our software, the product database, by managing and importing procured product data
• Perform quality checks on incoming catalogs to ensure maximum product data quality
• Prepare and process incoming partner data in Excel/BMECats for database import
• Work closely with the team to define crawlers and other tools to optimize product data management and acquisition
• Increase our database coverage by researching and integrating relevant manufacturers

• Enjoy working with (product) data and are not afraid of large amounts of data
• Are experienced with MS Excel and have already worked with large data sets (knowledge of XML / BME is a plus)
• You are communicative and your way of working is characterized by very precise and detail-oriented work
• Have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship
• Can communicate in written and spoken English
• Have a basic knowledge of the German language
