Stefan Heinkel has been working as a project engineer at ElringKlinger for 9 years and is responsible for the introduction of uniform standards and processes in maintenance worldwide. As a Global SAP PM Key User, he has been the contact person for all aspects of master data and spare parts management since 2014. He knows the weak points of ERP systems first-hand and understands how the master data quality can be sustainably increased.

Benjamin Sommer is Head of Sales and Customer Success at SPARETECH. With over 12 years of professional experience in the field of automation technology and robotics as well as degrees in Industrial Engineering (B.Eng) and International Management (M.Sc.), he knows the problems of the industry from practice.
